Credit card details are required for all reservations of 12 or more guests. If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival time or fail to show up, a fee of $50 per person will be charged. For functions with 50 or more guests, a different booking guarantee policy may apply—please speak with a member of the Times Berwick reservations team to discuss. You may see a $1 pending charge on your bank statement as part of the card authorization process—this is temporary and will disappear within a few days.
The final guest count must be confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled time and date of your event. If the number of guests decreases after this confirmation, you will still be charged for the confirmed number of set menus and beverage packages.
A 7% service charge will be added to all groups of 12 or more, applicable every day. This charge is passed directly to the wait staff as a gratuity.
A $5 per person surcharge applies on public holidays. Please note that card payment fees may be applied to transactions, with fees varying depending on the card type and payment method used. Third-party vendor fees, such as those from PayPal, Stripe, or in-house store terminals, are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or refund.
When booking a private dining room or space, you must meet the minimum spend requirements. The minimum spend applies to food and beverages only and does not include additional fees such as the 7% service charge or the $5 per person public holiday surcharge. If you do not reach the minimum spend, you can purchase additional food and beverages to make up the difference. A room hire fee will apply if you choose not to do so.
Group bookings of 12 or more guests are required to select from one of our set menus. All menu items and prices are subject to seasonal availability and change.
Please remind your guests to arrive at Times Berwick slightly ahead of the agreed time to ensure you can enjoy your meal within the confirmed period. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your seating time. We will hold your reservation and table for 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Your table may be released if you are more than 15 minutes late.
Seating requests are considered but cannot be guaranteed. Please note that groups larger than 12 may be seated across multiple tables.

Discounts and promotions cannot be combined with other offers and require a minimum purchase of a main course. Some promotions may require a dine-in reservation. All discount and promotional decisions are made at the discretion of the Venue Manager.
